About this house sitting position in St Lucia

We live in a 3 bedroom apartment with a great leafy aspect. It is inclusive of two large alfresco areas, a small fully fenced backyard, ducted air conditioning, Foxtel and Wifi. The complex is new and our neighbours are all respectfully quiet.
We have a pet dog (cavoodle) BJ, who we absolutely adore, as well as a caged budgie, Brian. Both would require daily feeding, and our gorgeous dog loves lots of pats.
Our alfresco areas have potted plants which would require watering, as do the trees and grass and in the backyard.
We have direct access to Brisbane and surrounds with public transport at the front door, and the ferry terminal is located 500m away. There are paved walkways/cycleways directly into the city from the front door, and there is a CityCycle Station 300m away from the home. The QLD University is less than one kilometre up the road, and it offers an abundance of green space and recreational activities. Toowong Shopping Centre is one kilometre away in the opposite direction.
Restaurants and a convenience store are within close walking distance, near the ferry terminal.
Our home requires a non smoker/s, and would suit somebody working from home as we have an office space with reliable wifi. Read more...
