About this house sitting position in Stafford

We will be going away for a few weeks late June- mid July and would like someone/s to come look after our place and dog Freddie. It will likely be 3 weeks starting around 22nd June.

We have a 3 bed house in Stafford, which is home to our big boof head Freddie. We offer the use of our spare bedroom + guest bathroom during your stay (there is also a foldout bed in the study)+ the communal areas- kitchen/lounge/study/garage/ gym etc. (just not our bedroom +ensuite). There is ample parking in the secure front yard for 2 vehicles. We have internet, smart tv etc. We would possibly be open to allowing use of the master bedroom in certain circumstances.

Pictures of house uploaded, we just got some new furniture delivered so it's a bit of a mess at the moment so excuse the clutter. We will leave spick and span for your arrival and will remove the desk/computer/guitar etc. from the bedroom, I am just using it as a bit of a music space atm. IT's a good-sized room with built-in + split aircon + fan.

Freddie is 2.5 year old, mix breed and weighs around 45kg. He is extremely soft-natured with both people and other dogs. He spends the majority of his time chillin on the sofa or in his bed, He is not a hugely affectionate dog, but enjoys a rub on the tummy and a doesn't mind the odd cuddle- he will just walk off when he's had enough attention. He does however love to play and enjoys a game of tug, chasey or fetching his toys in the garden, Just watch out as he doesn't always look where he is going and can easily knock you over if you're not careful.

With this in mind we want to be sure we find someone who is able to handle a large-medium-sized dog with lots of energy at times and that isn't afraid to put him in his place from time to time. 1 good walk + a play in the evening is usually enough for him. As he is so playful we're not sure small children would be suitable ax he will want to jump around with them - although he is just being playful his size makes it a bit dangerous for smaller kids.
