Lowset 2-bedroom, 1 study brick home with a wonderful outdoor entertaining area which is great to sit and relax while watching the birds coming to drink from the water fountain. The beautiful town of Strathalbyn has been described as the prettiest town in South Australia, and we are situated just over 1km from the town centre, or a leisurely 15 minute walk to antique stores, pubs, cafes, butchers, newsagent etc. Our extensive native garden is very easy to maintain only requiring watering every other day. You will have a car space in the lockable garage; but we have no space for sitters with their own caravan. Sitters must be "cat people" as our two gorgeous "indoor only" cats love cuddles once they get used to you.
