About this house sitting position in Summer Hill

I'm looking for a reliable house sitter (with references) to look after my cat and apartment for a few days in late July.

I go interstate semi-regularly for work, I'd look at offering more house sits to you if you did a good job the first time (another interstate trip in Aug)!

I'm happy to accept a traveller, a local looking for a change of scenery or a reliable student (or anyone in between). One person preferred but will also consider couples. I'd like to find someone who has experience with cats. I am offering my place for free to the right person.

Home:
A large ground floor Art Deco 1 bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walk to Summer Hill train station. Shared backyard, older style kitchen and bathroom (fully functioning with a decent shower and gas cooking). Free WiFi and utilities (but I pay a bit for electricity so you would need to be conservative with power).

The flat is huge and charming and I welcome you to make it your short term home.

Pet:
A small but very vocal Havana Brown (Brown Oriental). He's initially shy but very attention hungry which is one of the reasons I need a pet sitter (the other reason is for is security, I would prefer to have someone in the home when I travel interstate).

Duties expected:
-Water plants
- Feed cat
- Live at the place whilst I'm away

Other expectations/benefits:
- Leave everything just as you found it
- Unlimited internet (no illegal downloads)
- Please be resourceful with utilities
- Keep the place securely locked when you are out
- Keep noise to a reasonable level and be friendly to the neighbours!
