About this house sitting position in Sunnybank Hills

We have a 3 bedroom low set home in Sunnybank Hills in a really great location. Walking distance to train station, bus and 2 shopping centres incl a Coles. Sunnybank Plaza, Market Square and Garden City are a short drive away. If you love Asian food this is foodie paradise...sooo many good restaurants.

It is 3 bedroom, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, another is a babies room which has a cot and changing table, the third is a study/junk room (this one is off limits).
So this place would be ideal for a single or couple.

The house has just been renovated with brand new bamboo flooring, new paint and new window blinds. It is fully air conditioned, flat screen TV, washing machine, 1 bath, 2 toilet and has access to free WiFi and Netflix.

We have a toy Pomeranian (pebbles) and a bitsa black cat (pepper) that need caring for. The cat basically takes care of herself and is one of those clean cats, so if you don't clean out her litter box she will just do it right next to it instead ha ha.

Pebbles is semi toilet trained and will most of the time let you know when she needs to go, so its a matter of letting her out the back door every 2 hours or so. Her bladder is very tiny. She is a lap dog and just like to hang out and sit on your lap and sleep most time. Loves a walk and playing with her toys.

Our main concern are our animals so just make sure they are fed, litter box cleaned and pebbles is given lots of love. Pepper will be fine on her own but don't let her outside at night.

As far as food goes just make sure that the bowls are full, they tend to eat what they need so you don't need to worry about specific meal times which is awesome. So you can go out for the day and as long as there is food they will be fine.

Obviously just keep the house tidy and treat it as you would your own home. We aren't expecting gardening or anything else special. But if the plants or grass looks like its dieing, just give them a water, its a pretty low maintenance garden. That being said, the front grass is new and needs constant attention. If it hasn't rained in a few days and its been hot like recently, it will need a good soaking with the hose.
