Rural setting on 3/4 acre only 12 minutes from Mildura. 2 story mud brick house with the living area downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. A large garden and swimming pool in the front yard. Have a demanding and aging poodle and 2 inside cats who also demand attention.
