About this house sitting position in Sunshine Coast

Hi, we live in a unit 1 block from the beach in Coolum and have a 9 month old cat who is full of character called Bandit (aka Batman). He loves to play chase, is pretty easy going and thinks he's an amazing hunter lol. He is mainly an indoor cat, but we do let him out in the mornings for a play - the birds love to swoop him so he often comes running inside with them hot on his tail. He's not very streetwise, although he thinks he is!! We're heading overseas and need someone who is reliable and a non-smoker to mind our unit, but mostly look after Bandit. Our place is close to everything including surf club, supermarket, shops and restaurants.
