About this house sitting position in Surry Hills

We have a lovely 2 bed apartment in the heart of Surry Hills. It's very modern with all new kitchen/bathroom, ducted air/heat a large balcony. It's tucked down a side street so it's nice and quiet and it's on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift) so we get lots of gorgeous light. We also have a very cute, slightly needy, cat named Monty.
We are looking for someone to house and cat sit while we go on holiday for 3 weeks.
Monty needs feeding twice a day (morning and night) and would need his litter cleaned daily and changed once a week. He's very affectionate so we really just want someone who'll keep him company, happy and healthy while we're gone.
We have some fairly hardy house plants that would need watering once a week also.
Other than that, we just want someone who'll take care of the flat and keep it clean and tidy while they're enjoying it.
