Great little Gem in the middle of SYDNEY. Everything worth doing is here, Bars, Resturaunts, Parks, Heated Cruzey Olimpic Pool down the Hill, Central Station. U dont need a Car living here but there is Security under Ground Parking with key tag. 2 BDS(only 1 in use), 2 Balconies, Washing Machine, Dryer and Dish washer. Inverted built in Air Con, Hot/Cold. Big Wall Mounted Tv with Netflix and one in the Bedroom. Large Flat screen Computer (set up Guest Account) with unlimited gigs, Stationary Modem. Tread Mill. Great Bike with all the bits including lights and Helmet if you fancy doing the 4KM circuit around 'Centenial Park' and More. All I ask is that you keep the House tidy, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, although your can have friends over but not to stay,( I just dont want complaints when i get Home if you know what I mean, just be discreet). Spend some time, not that much time(up to you) and my Cat 'Tashy', feed my fish Daily and water Balcony pots not that much. My home is very Peaceful with a Buddhist, Zen atmosphere surrounded by trees and set away from everthing else. Almost like being in Retreat
