About this house sitting position in SUTHERLAND

2 bedroom quiet apartment in a security block in Sutherland, 10minute walk from railway station & shops. Great location close to the coast with access to the Royal National Park which has numerous amazing hikes, beautiful beaches a short 20 minute drive or train ride away. Sydney city is a 40 minute drive or train ride away. Free wifi available to any tenant. I have 2 beautiful fur babies - a very spoiled rescue kitty named Monti who can be very shy initially but once he gets to know you is incredibly loving and can be quite needy for affection, and my newest baby is my rescue dwarf rabbit Bilbo who is a very cheeky boy who I should have named Harry Houdini. Monti is an indoor cat who does not bite or scratch, he does not even know how to growl or hiss - at least I've never heard him do this once in the 2 years I've had him. He mostly loves sharing a nice nap together or watching the birds from the balcony whilst basking in the sun. I require only that they are able to be fed daily and receive some love & affection for a few moments each day, as well as litter emptying every 2-3 days. Rabbit enclosure will need to have a good clean every 7-10days (Bilbo is very well toilet trained so keeps it pretty clean himself), and kitty litter changed every week. A house vacuum once a week and bathroom clean before I return is all I ask for in terms of home maintenance. Read more...
