Hi,We have a modest but comfortable home on 40 acres bordering the Rocky River(swimming, fishing, kayaking).Peaceful and relaxing. 2 minutes to Tabulam with pub,post office, café,fuel,produce and supermarket. Only requirements are to feed daily,Bailey (rotti)Sunny (jack russell)Mickey & Skittles (cats),chooks and keep an eye on young cattle and ponies. Internet,cable tv,netflix,a/c,carport,bbq,heater,outdoor spa,fully fenced .Thank you.
