About this house sitting position in Tabulam
We have a house in the bush that is off the grid with solar power and rain water but no dams or natural water supply.It is on 15 acres of mostly cleared land in a beautiful valley in the northern rivers area.
We are a smoke free household and could only accomodate a single person or a couple with no pets of their own.
We have two indoor cats with a cat run on the verandah, an outside dog that patrols the grounds, 7 chickens for eggs, 2 sheep and 2 goats. The sheep get fed once a day in their paddock. The goats get fed twice a day and get moved from their night pen to the day paddock and back again every day. They are very friendly and hand raised by us. There is also lots of plants and a veggie garden that may require watering.
We are aware that this house sitting request is only short term but we are trialling the service to see if it suits us and are hoping to travel later in the year for a longer period of time.
