About this house sitting position in Tallegalla

We are in a lovely, new home on 35 acres with a big verandah in a beautiful rural area (no pool), but it is only a few kilometres off the highway for easy access to Brisbane (50 minutes away) and Toowoomba as it is roughly mid way between. The house is in final stages of completion but will be lived in well before sitting dates. The country views are stunning!
We are crazy animal people- two dogs, one with two legs- but don't be worried, he is the happiest dog anywhere, and can walk most places, but will need to be carried a few steps down to the grass to pee regularly. Sugar, our other dog is a little fluffy white princess and she's the sweetest thing, but get your throwing arm ready as she loves catch and tug of war! Three cats (one elderly, one calm and sweet, the other friendly when it suits him!), six chickens (the eggs are all yours!), and three gorgeous alpacas.
Looking after all animals is super easy- the alpacas need nothing more than water top ups and some hay every now and again and that's it- they are inquisitive and endearing, but like most livestock don't enjoy being vigorously patted. They will deign to snuffle your hair/face/hands if you are patient.
We need a sensible animal lover, with a car, happy to house and pet sit as above. Shops are a 5 minute drive away in Rosewood, and the local pub does awesome meals.
