About this house sitting position in Tamborine Mountain

Our home is a western red cedar 2-storey home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with a fireplace, set amid lush bush gardens. We have spectacular views from the verandas & deck over the valley below to the distant border ranges.

Scooter, our friendly Maltese dog lives in & around the house. A large aviary at the bottom of the garden houses guinea pigs, budgies, parrots & chooks, while the ducks live in a nearby yard. These pets need to be fed & given fresh water each morning, eggs collected, and the ducks let out of their night enclosure into their yard. The pets & their water must be checked again before dark & the ducks shut in their night enclosure. Our dog is fed each evening & loves to go for walks.
It is essential that all the pets are checked morning & evening &
have plenty of food & clean water at all times.

From a safety point of view, this housesitting position would best suit a couple or a single person as the property ends above a cliff, and within the garden are two unfenced ponds.
