General requirements are, general maintenance & cleanliness of house, mowing of lawns (using a ride-on mower), care and watch of pool, it has an automatic cleaner. Room to park a caravan, with power and water if needed. Please supply Police Clearance (if available) and any references. Married couple preferred.
