Single story 3 bedroom house plus garage. Single cat that does not roam outside back yard. Elderly Pomeranian male that uses back yard no walking is required. Access into home via flap in rear door.
Cat is very easily spooked but friendly. Dog is 17 years old and does suffer from arthritis and sleeps a lot. Both need love and attention.
expectation is that pets are looked after and house kept clean and tidy and importantly secure. Alarm system is installed.
