Single story 3 bedroom house plus garage. Single cat that does not roam outside back yard. Female cavdoodle 8 months old, needs walking every day. Just a 20 min walk.

Access into home via flap in rear door, for pets .
Cat is very easily spooked but friendly. Both need love and attention.
expectation is that pets are looked after and house kept clean and tidy and importantly secure. Alarm system is installed.
