About this house sitting position in Tawonga

We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in the bush and loves dogs to housesit for us for 3 months from the end of April. We are planning an extended camping holiday over to Exmouth for our son's 40th birthday.
As we are close to the ski fields it could suit someone keen to go skiing without the accommodation costs.

Our 10.5 year old kelpie can be an energetic boy totally obsessed with tennis balls. If all else fails, tug games with sticks or other toys is also a hit. He is an inside dog too and loves laying by the wood fireplace on cold nights. He is super friendly and loves a pat and tummy rub too.

Our 10 acre bush property is within an hour of the Falls Creek ski village and close to the beautiful Alpine National Park. The Kiewa river is a short drive away and there are many mountain bike trails in this beautiful part of Victoria.

Our little piece of paradise is in the foothills of Mt Emu and backs onto state forest. We have developed an extensive fire break around our house, sheds, water tanks and the many fruit trees on the slope that flows down towards the track that is our ‘street’. Our veggie patch is quite productive and our other garden beds help make a pretty entrance to the large car park.
One of my favourite pastimes is to watch the myriad of native birds making use of the multi level birdbath.
