Would you like to spend Christmas relaxing in a large, peaceful acreage home with swimming pool and air conditioning, close to the city while caring for our pets?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept anyone who comes with their own pets as we have enough of our own:)

We are looking for someone to stay in our lovely 4 bedroom home in Templestowe. Sitting on a picturesque and private acre (no gardening required) the property has a swimming pool, two living areas and two bathrooms.

It has split system A/C in living areas and bedrooms. Just over a 20m drive into the city and near bus stops, it provides a peaceful natural retreat in close striking distance to Melbourne sights.

We have 2 indoor Russian Blue cats and an old West Highland Terrier that need to be fed and looked after. They are pretty low maintenance but enjoy company. Our dog, Ruby, needs a short daily walk - there are lovely walking tracks in the area.

The pool and garden are maintained - so no work there.
