Four bedroom home on acreage.
RC air conditioning slow combustion fire open fireplace, all mod cons. Very handy to Camden NSW, Beautiful gardens, pool,4 horses plus foal, 2 dogs, cat, chooks and birds.
Would expect animals to be fed of course and if you're looking for some light exercise, cleaning the horse paddocks will be just the right thing and maybe turning the sprinkler on if it's dry!
Most people who come to our place liken it to a resort so looker afterers will get a fantastic holiday destination.
We're close to Camden / Narellan and all associated facilities. Sydney is an hour away and Campbelltown stn about 25 mins
