DWELLING: HOUSE 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, air conditioned, gas heaters, Large yard with lawns and pot plants. (Internet, Wifi, BBQ, Dishwasher, Large outdoor entertaining area, Wheelchair Access)
PETS WELCOME: Outside dog.
LOCALE: Suburban (Quiet) close to train station, close to shops.
NEARBY: Close to the bay, plenty of parks, close to good coffee shop
We have a beautiful single level home, lovely living spaces.
Thorneside is a great location, close to the Gateway motorway for access north or south coasts. 1 hour to Gold Coast, 1.5 hours to the Sunshine Coast, 10 minutes to Capalaba Shopping Centre and 20 minutes to Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre.
WHAT WE NEED FROM A SITTER
PET CARE: Must be able look after the chooks at present 3 all layers.
Must be able to look after a collection birds (finches) in a number in aviaries will take 1 hour per day to cater for their needs. Full instructions and training if required will be given and please come by to look at aviaries and house.
NO CATS
GARDENING REQUIRED: General duties including Mowing and Watering.
Must love animals.
References and police check essential.
