About this house sitting position in THORNLIE

We are a 30 something couple with 2 little girls, a spunky 5 year old and a cheeky 18 month old. We live in a fully remodeled 1960's bungalow in the Perth suburb of Thornlie. We are a 10 minute walk from the train station. Our home has 3 bedrooms (master has a queen bed, and other bedrooms have a crib and a single trundle) and 2 bathrooms, with an excellent chef's kitchen and is on a beautiful 900m2 block. We have a gas fireplace and evap aircon. It is fully landscaped and a beautiful retreat. We have one indoor cat that would need lots of cuddles, and takes medication for arthritis once a day, that she happily laps up on her own. Our garden has a fair few pots that will need hand watered a couple of times a week at the most and depending on the rain. The lawns and garden beds are reticulated, and the lawns will need mowed. Also, the mail and indoor pots would need attention. Overall, pretty minimal.

Our ideal sitter would not bring any other pets into our home, be non smokers, be very clean and tidy and respectful of our home.
