About this house sitting position in Tallai

Our large home (on 1 1/4 acres) contains 4 large bedrooms and 2 living areas with a few additional rooms. We have spectacular views to Surfers Paradise and coast.
Tallai is an easy 10 min drive to ROBINA Town Centre, 20-25 mins to Miami, Burleigh, or Palm Beach and 30 mins to Coolangatta or the Gold Coast airport. Brisbane CBD is an hour away, via an easy drive on the motorway. The major theme parks are 20-30 mins away, depending on which one you choose, again, via the M1 motorway.
We have 2 large dogs - Airedales. They remain outside during the day and do not require walking as they have a large area to roam and run in. If there is a storm or even thunder in the distance they MUST be brought inside to the garage and restrained, as they panic.
Our other requirements are that the house be kept clean and no parties held. A refundable bond may be negotiated, but we have not needed to do this in the past.
Wifi is available, along with gas cooking and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Local supermarkets of Coles, Woolworths and Aldi are a 5 min drive away, with no need to battle a large shopping centre to access them. Read more...
