About this house sitting position in Tiwi

Looking for a dog lover!
We require a house sitter from Friday 2nd January until Monday 12th January.
We have a lovely clean and spacious home in Tiwi with a beautiful and gentle bull arab named Billie. She is 6 years old.
She is walked in the early morning for 20-25 minutes, and once again in the evening when it is cool, for 10-15 minutes. If she is walked, she is a very good dog and mostly sleeps and comes for a pat every so often.
Billie sleeps outside but hangs out inside while your home. She is used to being inside a lot as I work from home.
She is fed twice daily, breakfast and dinner.
We have a plunge pool to cool off in, and nice big backyard, with plenty of room for parking inside a secure high gate.
We have a garden and lawn that needs to be watered (if no rain), semi reticulated. And some plants undercover that require water every few days. The pool needs chlorine every second day.
We are looking for someone who is able to walk Billie, give her pats, feed her meals and water the lawn/garden while making yourself at home respectfully. Also ensuring pool is chlorinated and a quick scoop of leaves/debris etc from the trees.
We are walking distance to beach and shops, surf club Cafe and our home is in a nice quiet street. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor area and you will sleep in our guest room with your own bathroom. We have a high fence and plenty of room for parking inside the fence. Previous house sitters have fit their caravan in the driveway as well as their vehicle.
