About this house sitting position in Toowoomba

My home is modern, low set brick, in a very quiet suburb, with all amenities close at hand. I own a dog and a parrot, who like each other and are very sociable. I need a responsible person/ couple who love animals, to house-sit for 3 weeks in May/June, and 5 weeks in Sept/October. The dog needs one half hour walk a day, the bird just likes company and regular fresh food. The house has Wifi, a gardener looks after the yard apart from watering. I need a sitter who is basically here for the pets. Electricity is free, I have Solar panels, Responsibility for my house and pets is my only concern.
