New family home on 3 acres on the edge of town. Large garden area which is not yet established, just grass which is yet to become a lawn and trees. Medium sized, friendly dog that likes company and 4 ponies 12hh to 14hh. All used to being looked after by non family members. 5 min drive to the beach. Photos to come
