About this house sitting position in Townsville

We have a 3 bedroom home, fully a/c, with broadband and Foxtel. The kitchen is brand new. Living areas tiled for easy cleaning. Swimming pool and plenty of undercover outdoor space. There is a bit of lawn mowing and gardening required. Plenty of parking for a caravan, with electric gate. There bus stop just a couple of doors down, there is also a bottle shop, a couple of take away shops and a mini mart. 2 minutes drive up the road is a supermarket, post office, bakery, pub and more. 10 minutes drive is Willows shopping centre. We are a 30 minute drive from the Strand and CBD.
We have 3 dogs

14 year old border collie x shiz tzu, rather porky, desexed female.
3 year old kelpie, desexed male. A sad sack but lovable.
2 year old Husky cross, desexed female, like a 2 year old child.
