100 acre farm 2 bedroom cottage with in ground pool fenced off from rest of farm .great views of mtns and river quiet 15 mins from Goulburn city center require chooks, ducksand birds to be fed and 2 large dogs (mareema's) which have been raised around people so very affectionate Max is 7yrs old Ruby 12mths old and very loving. watering of Veggie garden and other plants no public transport so you will need a car .
house has A/C fire place and external CCTV prefer someone without pets as my dogs are protective of there space ..non smoker and Police check and references a must
