Small farm with comfortable aircondioned home. Two friendly dogs and a few chooks as well as 30 head of cattle. House garden will need some care with mowing lawns and watering gardens beds and pots. Occasionally the water for the cattle will need to be checked.
The farm 20kms west of Trangie via sealed road.
