About this house sitting position in Traralgon

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (though only two of the bedrooms have double beds - the third bedroom is empty) on 780m2. A gentleman comes around to mow the lawns fortnightly, so I am really just after someone to keep the house looking occupied while they keep an eye on the cats (both torti girls). They have water fountains, automatic dry food dispensers and an automatic litter tray, with a pouch of wet food fed to them manually each evening - so the chores are minimal.

No smoking inside, but there is a fireplace and plenty of spots to relax in the garden, or couches to lounge on as well as work out equipment. The house has two reverse cycle air conditioners as well.

The house does have a fair amount of taxidermy and surrealist art, so if you aren't a fan of that the house may not be the place for you (though we can always turn the pictures around).
