About this house sitting position in Umina Beach

We are looking for a quiet, caring person or couple to sit our home, dog and cat while we are on holiday (non-smokers, pls). The home is a fully renovated, single storey brick unit with a comfy queen bed, modern bathroom, timber floor boards, covered outdoor eating area, and is only a four minute walk to the beach which is about 300m away. It has a reverse cycle air conditioner. Our 11 year old 5kg white moodle is super cute, and only needs a short slow walk each day and our ginger cat is very sweet, shy and easy to take care of. Our dog needs twice daily heart tablets half an hour before his breakfast and dinner, easily administered in some tasty cheese. The home is only a 5 minute walk to the local village with Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and lots of cafes. We need someone who won't be away from the home for more than five hours at a time and is comfortable caring for an older dog who looks and behaves most of the time like a much younger dog and just loves cuddles on the sofa with you.
