About this house sitting position in UPPER ORARA

Responsibilities are looking after the two balls of fur alongside the long necked and short necked feathered friends (2 x poodles, Indian runner ducks and chickens).

We are located 30 mins west of Coffs Harbour on 5acres. The house is split into 3 main sections, pictured is the renovated kitchen and living area which you can have full use of. Main accommodation is connected via undercover verandah and consists of 2 bedrooms, living/kitchenette and own bathroom. This accommodation has not been renovated and has chipboard floors and a whole lot of wood cladding everywhere else, think cabin style but dated! Downstairs is mid renovations but includes a full size snooker table.
Dates can be flexible and we would prefer someone to come at least 1 day before we leave on 4th November so we can run through everything. One dog can be unsure of men, so confidence in reading dog behaviour/being a dog person is preferred if male.
References required, general fitness needed to walk sloped land to get to poultry houses. Our usual house sitters describe our place as " a treehouse" with the surrounding rainforest, unfortunately they aren't available for this one.
