About this house sitting position in Vaucluse

Mature non smoking lady to housesit modest house, in a lovely Harbourside suburb in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

The ideal applicant would be a lady wishing to holiday in Sydney, or perhaps a lady who is employed part time, but home in time to walk the dog each day.
It is important to me that I meet the applicant before the housesit.

My dog is a friendly energetic female corgi who will need to be walked in the morning, and also at about 3.30pm each day.
Watering of gardens is also required when necessary.
There are lovely beaches close by, also scenic cliff walks occasionally lucky enough to see whales from the cliff.

There is reliable public transport so a car is not necessary.
If you have a small car, there is a carport, or plenty of street parking.

Also to be considered, I do not have wifi. Also
