Lovely old home with gorgeous gardens located in a great location near shopping centre and 5 minutes from café / restaurant strip in the Victoria Park vicinity. Close to public transport. Gorgeous wooden floor boards, good security, open fire place and gas fireplace, aircon, large screen TV and NBN. We are ideally seeking a retired couple or mature person; fit, quiet, respectful, trustworthy, very tidy, and motivated, who love dogs and are dog confident. We have 2 gorgeous dogs, one Shar Pei and one Shar Pei X, both 5 years old and very well trained and behaved.
