About this house sitting position in Victoria Park

Our character home is located in the heart of Victoria Park. We have bus stops and a deli within a minutes walk. Very close to the cafe strip as well as numerous fast food restaurants and a shopping centre.
Our home has recently undergone a complete and major renovation from top to bottom so we need someone who will treat our home as their own. The home is fully air conditioned for summer with gas heating for winter.
We have 2 cats and a pink and grey galah, which are all inside animals. They are all dearly loved and require individual care and attention. Our young male cat came from a shelter so is very shy and doesn't accept outsiders easily so you will need to be gentle and patient with him. The others are very easy going.
We just expect our house to be in the same condition as we left it in.
Our gardens are fully reticulated but may require some light weeding. Generally keeping the outside areas tidy.
We can offer a large safe area for parking which is equally suitable for vehicles or caravan/mobile home.
Our home would best suit a mature, preferably retired lady who is gentle natured. It is preferable that you not have visitors come to the house due to the timid nature of our youngest cat. Due to his nature, this housesit would not be suitable for a male.
