About this house sitting position in Victoria Point

Our house is in a bayside suburb, only 10 minutes walk from the water's edge. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of walks nearby, as well as major shopping centres, restaurants and cinema. We have an inground pool and outdoor living area with BBQ.
The Gold Coast is an hours' drive.
We would like a house sitter for 3 dogs (council approved): Molly aged 10, cavoodle; Toffee aged 5, a spoodle; and Coco, aged 3, also a spoodle. These dogs are loving and friendly. However, Coco can be nervous around anyone new until she gets used to them. They are all inside dogs, and trained.
There is also an aviary of finches. Gardening is minimal, just hosing a few of our plants.
