Small brick home on 1/4 acre block, easy to look after yard with ride on mower, minimal easy care garden. Have a pool, requires pump to be turned on from time to time & salt added occasionally. Small dog that enjoys a regular walk & is used to running free in the enclosed backyard.
Wahgunyah is on the Murray river which is very popular for fishing,boating and features a number of beautiful walking and bike tracks. Rutherglen Wineries are on the door step along with the King Valley less than a 1 hour drive. Corowa & Yarrawonga feature very popular golf coarses. Historical towns as Beechworth & Chiltern are also less than 1 hour drive. The snow fields are also in very close proximity. The north east has a lot to offer without having to travel a huge distance.
