Natural gas. Solar panels. Walk to 3 x train stations, village shops/cafes. Closest railway station is Normanhurst. Hornsby is a big, major train station & is 15 /20 min walk away or 5 min in car. Westfield is also at Hornsby. Beautiful bathroom w free standing bath. Extra loo in laundry downstairs. Wifi. Hamptons’ style Reno’s. Must also care for 6 y o female mini lop bunny rabbit, who free ranges in home/deck & under v careful supervision, goes out into garden (no proper fences). Is potty trained, (although not always 100% accurate); de sexed & extremely cute /smart. Bit of a celebrity bunny rabbit in the street! Ideal sitter would be a couple who are home bodies/work from home, are experienced in bunny sitting & looking after a big cottage garden. Happy to consider solo sitter. Strictly non smokers. Bunsie Henrietta can’t be left all day on her own - gets anxious & lonely & bored. There is another office downstairs w ducted air con, so 2 people can work comfortably from home. Garden & home is much loved by neighbours & passers by, who often take photos and/ or ask if there’s an open garden. It’s a lovely, comfortable, character home. Sitter /s will need their own vehicle to get to shops to buy Bunsie’s fresh produce from Harris Farm in Pennant Hills. I’m happy to provide a cash float to cover the cost of this food for her, if required. FYI - Wahroonga is a lovely, tree lined, up market suburb of northern Sydney. Read more...
