About this house sitting position in WAIKIKI

I rent a very sweet 1x1 granny flat with air con and heating - it's in a very secure yard with a gate shutting off and locking to the road. It's very little maintenance and there's nothing that needs doing as such with the property.
I do have access to the internet (but this isn't unlimited, it's shared data with myself.
I also respectfully ask you are the only guests staying at my house during this time, and have no visitors. (Past HS have done this, against my wishes)

My main need for this sit is my fur baby Kitaro he is my everything and we've been through a lot! He will be just over a year old, by this time next year. I need someone who will be kind to him and love and play with him. He does gets seperation anxiety when left alone for extended periods, but he is used to me coming and going for work for extended periods (I work FT).

Not confirmed yet, but Kitaro may have a new friend before this sit - so possibly 2 furbabies to look after ... double to fun!! I will of course, update you if I do add a new addition. (I sadly lost the kitten, I got just before Kitaro, and they were supposed to grow old together- can go into that later. I never wanted Kitaro to be an only cat)

Kitaro is happy if he has his biscuits are full, don't be concerned if he won't eat his main meal he's not too fussed on that, but will eventually eat. He's a little shy, but if you give him his treats he'll easily warm up. He is a very sweet natured puss, who loves to talk- literally and play. He is a typical ginger, with the personality to match!
Kitaro thinks he's a dog, and loves to play fetch with his pom pom and bring it back 🤣🤦‍♀️

Kitaro is also a strictly indoors only cat so PLEASE be mindful of this when you're coming and going, he's still learning but is fairly good- might need reminding.

You'll need to be comfortable with cleaning his litter tray usually in the morning and evening, he wont go otherwise, previous sitters, not having this done properly and hes developed crystals in his urinary tract, I'd like to avoid further vet visits please.

If it's at all possible I'd like you to have a little pre introduction maybe the week or two before. Being away his litter box will need completely changed and cleaned please.

I can go more into the details of everything when I've found the right person for my Kitaro and me (maybe a new friend 🤔😉). Maybe you might be it 🙏
