About this house sitting position in Wallabi Point

My beautiful home is situated in the small and very quiet coastal village of Wallabi Point, 3km south of Old Bar, one hour’s drive south of Port Macquarie and about 40 minutes' drive north of Forster. Two huge and mostly deserted beaches are just 5 minutes' walk from the house, there is a café at the end of the street and walking/cycling trails are accessible pretty much from the doorstep. A Coles supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsagency, post office and numerous cafes and restaurants are five minutes away by car in Old Bar. Taree is the closest major regional centre with almost any service or amenity you could wish for and can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.

The house is two storeys, with views of the ocean from the top floor (and the sound of the ocean throughout!). It is almost always lovely and cool from the sea breeze, but should a hot day arise there is a pool in the back yard to cool off in, and of course a quick dip in the ocean is within easy reach. There is both on-street and off-street parking (on the driveway) that would be suitable for an RV or caravan, should that be something you require.

What would be required from you

- Feeding and care of three cats and an elderly miniature poodle
- Daily dog walking
- Watering of pot plants
- Pool maintenance (maintaining water level, minimal cleaning)

About you

- Must love cats! One cat is particularly timid and requires a lot of patience to befriend.
- No pets of your own (sorry), due to the cats not being tolerant of other animals.
- Strictly non-smoking
