Near new home in new suburb 25 kms south of Perth along Kwinana Freeway, small yard that will require some mowing, pot plants watering, general house clean. Have a very old cat (19) and a small deaf dog (13). Both house trained and very affectionate. Dog requires small leisurely walks. Suburb has good transport links to Cockburn Central and Cockburn Gateways shopping centre. Close to the new Aubin Grove Train station.
