We live in a 2 bedroom (plus a granny flat) double brick Californian Bungalow-style home with ducted air-con, and a large tropical back garden. We are situated in a leafy suburb of Newcastle called Waratah which is literally minutes away from Waratah Village Shopping Centre, The Mater Hospital, Waratah Train Station, Hamilton's trendy Beaumont St and about 10-15 mins drive from Newcastle CBD and local beaches. We have three small dogs (two Pugs and a Pekingese) that need feeding, cuddling and walking, some indoor plants that need watering and a back lawn to mow.
