About this house sitting position in Warrnambool

We have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 lounge room house. Front balcony. Back outdoor area with fire pit and bbq. 800m2 block. Wood heater.

This is a split level home over 3 levels with a small flight of 8 steps in between each. Not wheelchair suitable.

You can have the use of the master bedroom which gets the morning sun and has its own bathroom. There is also a large bathroom downstairs.
Kitchen with all the things including Breville coffee machine.
Lots of books, board games, yoga props.

In North Warrnambool, walking distance to Merri creek, shopping centre, coffee shop, takeaway. Short drive to the beach, train, city centre. Very quiet and lovely neighbours. We are close to Mortlake road so there is a bit of road noise but being a solid brick house it's not that bothersome (and almost none overnight).

We have 1 cheeky 7mo cat called Benji, 9 chickens and 4 aquariums. House plants and vegie garden beds.
