About this house sitting position in Warwick
Older settlers cottage, 3 bed, lots of lovely spots to sit and contemplate on the 3 verandas / decks. The house is well maintained and comfortable in a lovely part of town. Walking distance to the CBD, Medical Center, chemist, churches ect. We have a 3 yr old desexed female dog, well behaved and a 3 yr old male desexed cat. Both black and white, named Bonnie and Burt. Plenty of room in a good size yard, with a lock up garage and 4 car carport attached, where we like to spend afternoons and BBQ. Not a lot of gardening as we have drought proofed with succulents and pot plants. Loads to offer in our lovely town with beautiful river walks and a full dam to fish and enjoy.
