About this house sitting position in West Hobart

My house is a wooden loft style chalet in the inner city suburb of West Hobart. The location is amazing, 5 mins to the CBD or 15 mins walk, 7 mins to the Hobart Rivulet and 5 mins walk to Knocklofty Reserve.
The house has one bedroom available for you and an office, feel free to bring your our laptop to use the monitor set up, and one bathroom.
Gum trees surround the home making bird life incredible.
We have two chickens in our steep backyard which will require feeding daily, as well as being locked up at night time.
We also have a 10 year old red heeler named Rosie who will require daily walks, meals and cuddles.
Please note the house has three flights of stairs, as well as a steep backyard, therefore is not suitable for those who have difficulty ascending or descending stairs, or small children.
