About this house sitting position in West Wollongong

I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a fenced yard. The house is located in West Wollongong, about 4kms from the CBD. There’s a large renovated kitchen and large deck. The bathrooms have also been renovated.

The house is only 5-10mins away from great surf and off leash dog beaches, and is walking distance to shops and public transport.

The main care responsibility is my Jack Russell dog, Sammi. Sammi is 1.5 years old and an energetic girl who needs exercise and play every day. She is well trained and is great with other dogs and people. There is also an Alexandrine parrot (Alex) who lives in the wild but visits daily for food, so being available first thing in the morning and late evening to feed him is important.

Single women or couples only please. I will also be away for a month in November 2025 and would ideally like the same person to house sit then if possible.

“Staying at Jo's and caring for Sammi & Alex was a total delight. Jo was so hospitable. I arrived a day early so I could see Alex's ( the wild parrot) feeding routine. Such a rare opportunity spending time with this beautiful bird. Jo drove us around the neighbourhood and to their favourite beach for a walk with the dogs. My Freddie and little Sammi became the very best of friends and we enjoyed daily walks by the local creek and beach. Freddie and I are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Jo and Sammi for such a wonderful opportunity and experience.”
