About this house sitting position in Williamstown (Melbourne)
Nice Victorian house, 200 metres from the beach/botanical gardens. 3 bedrooms, one living room, one spacious kitchen, one bathroom, laundry space. Garage able to contain up to two cars. Frontyard and backyard. A few minutes walking distance from the train station (two minutes), botanical gardens (three minutes), the beach (three minutes), cafès and restaurants (a few minutes), supermarkets (a few minutes). 10 minutes driving ditance from a pretty nice cinema theatre. Federation Square (Melbourne city centre) is 25 minutes by train.
Requirements. We have two labradors, very friendly, a bit dynamic. They are used to go out three times/day (a long walk in the morning, or runs in the nearby park; a 30-min walk in the afternoon; a 20-min walk in the evening). We would ask the house sitter to maintain this schedule.
