About this house sitting position in WILMOT

I am looking for someone who will stay from 3 months up to 6 months in Tasmanian.
I invite people to stay for 2 weeks before I leave just so I can get to know them and be happy about them in my home for such a long time. Send me your references/3 and Police check if you are interested.
We live half the year in Alaska and need a reliable house sitter / renter. I have an AirB&B business which you can earn % on while staying here.
We have a country acre with veggie garden, 12 chooks (chickens) and one rooster, 4 sheep and a ram who mow my lawn. My dog is new as she is an adopted grey hound female desexed, called Pearl. She is sweet and timid as she has never known inside a home. she is already house trained and very lovable.
I need a sitter who will look after my home and garden, run my dog and swim him in the home pond and / or Lake Barington near where I live. I live only 35 mins from the lovely world heritage Cradle Mountain and Devonport. I have a canoe and tennis courts are only under 2 ks away where the local Wilmot hall is, indoor bowls in the winter, a primary school &shop and post office.
It will be cold hear so who ever comes need to be aware of this, that it gets -3 C nights sometimes and 6/16 C up in the daytime. I have a wood fire and stove, a Rayburn II, very antique that heats my water & is great for cooking. It is certainly a cheap electric bill if you replace my wood.

I live in an alternative life, it works for me. I am looking for a special person who understand how to save water when there is a drought in wintertime, be able to fix my 2 water pumps if they breaks down. I only have a push mower and my sheep on a tether mow my lawns, but please bring a mower if you are not fit, as well as a chainsaw as you need to replace the wood you burn to keep warm and cook with. We can talk about this. You need to know how to save water as all things come from rain and no connection to the mains water, thank goodness.
You also have the choice to stay hear with me for the summer as I am also a Couch Surfer host and a HelpX Host, teaching folk about our environment and organic gardens, etc. 'Permaculture'. I am an artist, painting, sculpture and glass work. I also teach Glass, Art, Painting, Massage and Music and Landscaping and have a studio.
Responsibilities required of house sitters are;
Maintain the lawns around the home. Keep my veggie patch going so I can come home for the summer garden. It provides food for my winter months in my freezer which you can use. In the past when I came home the garden has been abandoned so keep garden weeded, plant seeds for veggie garden for spring planting, pick veggies and use, Look after 12 chickens and a rooster & gather eggs and sell or eat them to my friends who love to buy them. You pay for the feed as you eat the eggs. Keep the chicken house clean and put it in the compost. Keep the fences safe around the garden and around the house so the friendly sheep do not get into the veggie garden or the home garden. Maintain the tree guards so the sheep do not eat my fruit trees by ring barking them. Keep the home clean. Water my plants when it dose not rain. \
I have a 4 year old grey hound female who is called Pearl. She is gentle and quick, hahahah!
I have 1.2 acres of Garden which my dog Pearl loves to roam. Sometimes there is Platypus in the pond and ducks so keep an eye on the native animals.
BTW. Cell phones do NOT work in my home, but in the backyard and just up the road 300 metes it works. I have great INTERNET, NBN wireless $69 a month unlimited including phone calls local and national unlimited which you need to pay when I am away.
I need a house sitter for 5/6 months from Mid May to November approx. 2017.
