Fully self contained living space.
No rent required however an elderly woman lives upstairs so the person would make themselves available for casual company for the lady & be willing to "keep an eye on her at night" just be available to assist in an emergency.
She has daytime home care support & family members managing her care needs.
The sitter would be welcome to dine occasionally with the lady if they chose too.
The right person can have a job and be free to leave from time to time will need to communicate with the family so as the lady stays safe.
Must be honest and supply references.
