Two bed elevated, lge living area, front & back verandahs, front view is Dunk Island. Beach 100mtrs from front of house. Shops just 3minutes away (Woolies). Med center and restaurants the same distance...nothing more than 10 minutes away. Have fish tank under house with fish needing to be fed each day. Some plants on verandahs will need watering.
